Due to the personal hygiene nature of our kits, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect — whether you're a wholesale partner or an individual customer — reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Every kit has a full contents list on its product page. If you're placing a bulk order and need a downloadable list or spec sheet, let us know — we’re happy to provide it.

Most products have a shelf life of 12–36 months. Expiration-sensitive items (like wipes or medications) are selected with longevity in mind. For bulk purchasers, shelf life information can be provided in advance for procurement records.
