Refund & Returns Policy

At Kit U Safe, your satisfaction matters to us. While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives correctly and in perfect condition, we understand that issues may occasionally occur.

Returns

Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. However, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all unopened and unused kits starting from the date of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.  We cover the cost of return shipping for approved, unopened kits.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number along with a brief description of the issue. Photos of the damaged or incorrect product help us resolve your claim more quickly.

We will work with you to make it right — whether you’re a wholesale partner or an individual customer.


Exchanges

Because of the hygienic nature of our kits, we are unable to offer traditional product exchanges. If an error or issue occurred with your order, our team will provide the appropriate resolution based on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Any opened or used kits
  • Personal hygiene or sanitary items
  • Customized or special-order bulk items
  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once a return is approved and received back at our facility, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
